About us

Clydesdale Timber Products was established in the early 1980's as a manufacturer of high-specification sectional timber buildings for the equestrian market, sporting estates and the National Trust. As well as stables we also make garden sheds, stores, garages and home offices through to racing lofts for pigeons. Although many are to standard sizes and designs, each one is made to order, so we are able to make your building exactly suited to your needs.

We have always made buildings of an exceptional build quality. Practical and sensible designs that are strong, robust and suited for purpose but aesthetically attractive - a pride to own and a pleasure to use. Many others claim the same, which is why we always recommend customers to view and compare before they buy.

We manufacture using treated Redwood cladding of a much stronger profile than that used by others, a principle that carries through to the structural frames using 3" x 2" planed and eased Redwood, 4" roof timbers and heavy duty galvanised fittings – all are specified to an equally high standard. It is often said by our customers that nothing compares to a Clydesdale, we like to think that's true.

From a humble garden shed to large equestrian complexes and visitor centres our customers can be assured of the same attentive service and a genuine pride in the products we make and install. We are not a budget manufacturer – although we respect that they have their place – however we do claim that our buildings offer just about the best value for money you will find.

Located on a farm in the High Peak area of Derbyshire near Stockport, yet with close access to the motorway network we are within an hours drive of most of the North West and Midlands. We have a national delivery service and the buildings are erected by our own team of joiners.

Visitors are welcome at our farm workshops, where a permanent display of buildings is on show. Alternatively we can try to arrange for you to see an existing Clydesdale building in your area, or even to talk to a previous customer. All Clydesdale static buildings are guaranteed for 7 years from the date of installation by our team of joiners.
