We manufacture and install bespoke timber garden buildings: summerhouses, garden offices and garden rooms, gazebos, fishing huts and studios, through to potting sheds and stores. Every one is made to order, so the building is designed around your garden, your outlook and what you want to use it for.
That is the real difference between what we make and what arrives flat-packed on a lorry. There is no catalogue to choose from and no standard sizes to compromise around — dimensions, roof pitch, glazing, cladding colour, window and door positions and internal finish are all decided for your building. Our family firm has been making sectional timber garden buildings for over 30 years.
Traditional V-jointed vertical cladding with single or double glazing, plus the option of deep roof overhangs, soffits, bargeboards and finials, make these a very attractive addition to your garden — and the specification underneath is the same heavy duty Redwood construction we use for stables that stand out on Peak District hillsides.
Designed as a room, not a shed
A garden office or summerhouse is somewhere you sit for hours at a time, so it is specified accordingly: insulation, lined walls and ceilings, single or double glazing, semi-glazed doors, and windows sized and placed for the light and the view rather than for the convenience of the factory.
Roofs can be Onduline, felt shingles, wooden shingles, clay tiles or slate, with a choice of pitch. Finishes can be stained or painted in a choice of cladding colours. Guttering with downspouts, shuttered windows, roof lights and power-ready linings are all available.
Made for the long term
Redwood cladding and base frames are pressure treated to give long-lasting protection against decay, with a secondary woodstain treatment for an attractive finish. Framing is joinery-grade 3" x 2" planed and eased Redwood, and fittings are heavy duty and fully galvanised.
Every building is fully sectional. That means it can be extended or altered in future, and if you move house it can be dismantled and re-erected rather than left behind. All static buildings carry our 7 year warranty.
